Does anyone know how the road and stuff is going for Shotgun cove. Can you buy property yet?

I am not sure where the road project stands but there is property for sale along cove creek road.  I just called about a lot (Block 14 lot 1) on the corner of Cove Creek and Mountain Goat CT (not in existence yet as far as I know).  Signs are posted on the lot.  It is about 1 acre and is a corner lot (when the roads come in).  It does face on Cove Creek Road which is in now.  FYI asking price is $59,900.

Where can you see plans for the roads and lots layout?  Also, where can you find listings of lots that are for sale.  I have seen a couple posted on craigs list, but not many.  Probably only seen 3 or 4 over the past year.  Are there any lots that are larger than 1 acre....say 4 or 5 acres?

I am  not sure there are larger lots - I have 2 acres but that might be the largest.  But we back up the the forest so it feels like more  There are not many lots and not many for sale (now anyway.)
